About the SMART Fair
The SMART Fair was the first major event hosted by SMART (Supporting Multiple Arts Resources Together), which is dedicated to raising awareness of the arts in San Antonio. The SMART Fair took place in the South Flores Arts District on October 13, from 1pm to 11pm; it was a free and family-friendly event. The fair included visual art, live music, theater, poetry readings, and arts workshops. Food was donated by several neighborhood restaurants, and artist booths will feature work by local artists.
